Box Brief
Today is RED Friday
“Remember Everyone Deployed”
Let’s wear red today and support our troops overseas.
Not for a political agenda, or even in support of specific military missions. Purely because we care about supporting our servicemen and servicewomen currently overseas.
RED Friday’s is a silent, yet powerful movement that means more than just wearing a color.
Coach Cheryl on the Nutrition Challenge…
Its finally here! We are going into the last weekend of our nutrition challenge. I am loving all the feedback. The great thing about a challenge is the reset. Hopefully you have all learned some new tips and tricks to help take you through the summer with a little more moderation. You don’t have to live out of a container, but it does help make most of the usual meals much easier. Especially those of you who are creatures of habit!
I will be available this Sunday between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM for weights and measurements. If you had a different coach measure you, try and have the same coach for consistency. No big deal if that can not happen as its most important that it is convenient for you. Its best to set something up ahead of time, so feel free to email myself, or the other coach who measured you to set up a time to come in. We have one week left challengers! Let’s seal the deal!
